KICK BOXING AT THE LEARNING HUB

Kickboxing began at Learning Hub Limerick in 2008. Now firmly established, former Irish Kickboxing Champion Paul O’Brien of the Learning Hub teaches kickboxing to people from all over Limerick. Learning from as young as eight years of age, young people come to the Hub three times a week to train for competitions and get their belts.

Evening classes for adults take place twice a week and participants of all levels come from all over the city and county and further afield. The kick-boxing boxing facility has also been used for training by LIT boxing club and has also been used by professional boxers in preparation for tournaments.
