Here at the Health Hub, we are helping our members make their January health kicks a permanent lifestyle change. We are almost halfway through our Fitness and Food program, which runs every Tuesday from eight until half nine in the Youth Cafe. Carol and Paul are the dynamic duo at the head of this successful program. Carol is happy to share her knowledge of the nutritional value of foods with our members. Paul, our resident kickboxing master, knows exactly what foods will fuel our bodies before and after a workout. During the class, we cook a simple, healthy and above all delicious meal that can easily be recreated at home! Members are really embracing the classes, and enjoying the innumerable advantages of a healthier life.
