CLAY CREATIONS AT THE HUB

Clay creations enhanced individual creativity in the children of 6th class Corpus Christi. It allowed them to be introduced to the work of Pablo Picasso, as well create their own masterpieces inspired by his art. The children explored their own imaginations for ideas for the creations and learned how to plan these ideas.

Things can get messy.

They were taught the techniques and tools to use for designing and shaping the clay to create their individual ideas. The creations included monsters, personalised slates and hearts, Easter eggs and much more. The children really enjoyed expressing themselves through clay creation and were very proud of their work.
